Our mission is to create a future where families can fully enjoy life and vibrant communities continue to thrive. To support the sustainability of this program, we ask you to follow the guidelines below to enjoy your stay.

1
Respect the local community and express your gratitude.
Japan Preschool / Elementary School Exchange
Japan Preschool/Elementary School Exchange is a local living experience, not a sightseeing tour. Please act respectfully as a member of the local community.
2
Understand and respect the philosophy of each childcare/educational facility.
You will experience the daily activities of the childcare/educational facilities as they are. Interpretation devices may be used in some cases, but communication with teachers is primarily conducted in Japanese. Even if different from your own values, use this opportunity to learn and grow with your child.
3
Follow good manners and stick to drop-off and pick-up times.
While some facilities may offer extended hours, please adhere to the scheduled times. Excessive requests may result in the cancellation of your participation.
4
Prioritize your child’s growth.
The goal of the program is to support your child’s healthy growth and enriching experiences within the community. The local childcare/educational facilities, accommodations, municipalities, and the entire city/town welcome your family with this in mind. If your main goal is relaxation, please consider other services.
5
Follow accommodation rules.
